Exhibitor Package Includes:

•          3m x 3m exhibit booth with Power Supply, 01 Table, 02 Chairs, 01 Counter & Dustbin.

•          Full access to all conference sessions.

•          Teas & Snacks, Lunch and ticket to Gala Dinner for 02 Persons.

Any additional items will be at the exhibitor’s expense.

An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to you as soon as you submit your exhibitor’s registration form. Please note that your booth will not be confirmed until your payment has cleared.

Cancellation

•Exhibitor fees must be paid in full by 12th March 2025.

•Cancellations received prior to 16st September 2025 will be charged an administration fee of $350.00. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. No refunds if cancellation received after 20th March 2025.
