Hon. Sarah Opendi

She is the State Minister of Health for General Duties in the Ugandan cabinet, since 2016. Previously, she worked as the Minister of State for Primary Healthcare and State Minister for Lands. she attained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Makerere University and Master of Business Administration in the same university in 2005.
